HR Business Partner - employee relations (Virginia Beach, VA)

Greenridge Field Medical is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 651 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR.
