HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tulsa, OK)

Foxglove Pine Press is a printer and publisher in Tulsa serving local and national clients, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on press runs. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
