HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Cobalt Manufacturing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lines. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
