HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tulsa, OK)

Summit Thistle Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Tulsa, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer complaints. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
