HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tulsa, OK)

Westbrook Linden Facilities Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supply orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
