HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tulsa, OK)

Stonegate Union Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Tulsa with field technicians and lab staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
