HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tulsa, OK)

Northwind Ember Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Tulsa. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
