HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tulsa, OK)

Fernwood Umber Banking Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules.
