HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tulsa, OK)

Rivermark Birch Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Tulsa with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
