HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tulsa, OK)

Clearpath Vale Financial is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 143 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer onboarding.
