HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tulsa, OK)

Foxglove Linden Facilities looks after properties across the Tulsa region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety inspections. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
