HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tulsa, OK)

Bluepeak Bright Community Partners Group runs community programmes across Tulsa, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on donor records. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
