HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tulsa, OK)

Nova Rowan Inspection Services Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field inspections. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
