HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tulsa, OK)

Westbrook Ember Water Authority is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for meter reading, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter reading. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
