HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tucson, AZ)

Clearpath Ridge Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Tucson, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lots. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
