HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tucson, AZ)

Fernwood River Markets Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pricing. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
