HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tucson, AZ)

Redstone Union Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Tucson. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 449 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on allergen controls. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
