HR Business Partner - employee relations (Toledo, OH)

Westbrook Willow Staffing Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 369 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on onboarding. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
