HR Business Partner - employee relations (Toledo, OH)

Clearpath Quarry Telecom is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service installations. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
