HR Business Partner - employee relations (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Clearpath River Insurance and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on premium billing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
