HR Business Partner - employee relations (Toledo, OH)

Rivermark Vale Property Management Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease renewals. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
