HR Business Partner - employee relations (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Northwind Forge Care Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
