HR Business Partner - employee relations (Toledo, OH)

Highbridge North Property Management looks after rental homes across the Toledo area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 451 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent collection. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
