HR Business Partner - employee relations (Toledo, OH)

Greenridge Sable Financial serves customers across Toledo with accounts, loans and payments, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
