HR Business Partner - employee relations (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Stone Telecom Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tickets. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
