HR Business Partner - employee relations (Toledo, OH)

Clearpath Timber Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Toledo. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 177 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
