HR Business Partner - employee relations (Toledo, OH)

Highbridge Vista Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Toledo plant, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on print quotes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with print quotes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
