HR Business Partner - employee relations (Toledo, OH)

Bright Cobalt Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Toledo region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on project schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
