HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Bright Rook Manufacturing Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lines. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
