HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tampa, FL)

Redstone Sparrow Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Tampa. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on care plans. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
