HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tampa, FL)

Greenridge Ember Manufacturing is a Tampa manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
