HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tampa, FL)

Harborlight Forge Energy is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter readings. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
