HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Bright Learning Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Families are partners. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
