HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tampa, FL)

Ironwood West Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Tampa presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visitor services. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
