HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tampa, FL)

Ironwood Clear Freight is a Tampa logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on carrier rates. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
