HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tampa, FL)

Westbrook Stone Health Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on electronic records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
