HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tampa, FL)

Greenridge Meridian Health Group is a healthcare provider in Tampa with clinics and support teams. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 126 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
