HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tampa, FL)

Harborlight Forge Energy Group is an energy provider in Tampa focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service connections. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
