HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tampa, FL)

Redstone Cross Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Tampa. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient scheduling. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
