HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Summit Hollow Transit Planning Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on survey data. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
