HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tampa, FL)

Stonegate Corner Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Tampa. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 900 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
