HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tampa, FL)

Greenridge Cobalt Medical Partners is a Tampa company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lots. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
