HR Business Partner - employee relations (St. Louis, MO)

Westbrook Lakeside Farms is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with field records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
