HR Business Partner - employee relations (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Basin Facilities Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 912 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on contractor visits. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
