HR Business Partner - employee relations (St. Louis, MO)

Stonegate Amber Medical is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 581 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory submissions. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
