HR Business Partner - employee relations (St. Louis, MO)

Ironwood Fern Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near St. Louis. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
