HR Business Partner - employee relations (St. Louis, MO)

Lumen Junction Staffing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for client orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 84 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with client orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
