HR Business Partner - employee relations (St. Louis, MO)

Summit Yarrow Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around St. Louis. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on certifications. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
