HR Business Partner - employee relations (St. Louis, MO)

Harborlight Meridian Legal Group provides legal services in St. Louis across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on court deadlines. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
