HR Business Partner - employee relations (St. Louis, MO)

Amberfield Kestrel Press Partners produces print and digital publications in St. Louis, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 250 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on bindery work. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with bindery work. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
